Happy Mothers Day/love

  Good Evening,

I had wanted to get this card posted this morning but we have had thunderstorms in our area and our internet

went out.  So now it is back up and running and I am here to post my card.

I again used the Mojo Monday sketch 185 for my card.  I like using those sketches, it sorta teaches you how to make something different then what you are normally use to doing.

You should try your hand a working with a few of the sketches.

I have an icon on the side bar of my blog that will take you right to their website.

The inside of this card, I just took paper and ripped the edges and added a few brads.. I thought it turned out pretty good.

The Card Recipe

Started with the sketch from Mojo Monday

Paper: Stampin Up/Base, DSP/DCWV Citus Stack

Flower is made with Gina K/Sweet Corn

Stamps for Flower were: Gold Sunflowers from Heartfelt Creations

cut with spellbinders Blossoms Two, I embossed the flower with a Stampin Up

embossing folder.

Ribbon: Stampin Up

Brads:  I am sure where I bought those but any will work.

Punches: for sentiment/Stampin Up

I sprayed the card with Smooch Spray/ Stampin Up

Happy Mothers Day/Banner

Good Morning, I am sorry I didn't get a post made for Saturday but I went to the Scrapbooking Expo in Columbus yesterday and I let time get away from me and didn't have time to post. There was a lot of things there to see and buy, but I got away without much damage to the pocket book. Today's card is very much like the the last post, colors are almost the same.  I love the paper from October Afternoon. The quilt pattern paper is perfect for a Mother's Day Card. Hello and Happy Wednesday.
So, Pam and I are here in the craftroom making cards, and I thought I had better get one posted before the end of the day.
The card I made today was nothing I had in my head, but something that just came along as I went, which doesn't happen very often.  I do have some things I do want to get made into something so I will get back to work on that.
We are having a great day today, our last warm day for a few days.

Mother's Day

Hello, and good evening.

So sorry to be so late posting my card today but I have been in the crafting room, working on re-organizing some things and working on my cards today too.

My inspiration was a little off today.  I just didn't have the creativity that I needed to come up with a "WOW" card so this one will have to do.
